Meet the Age Well and Home Support team
Published on 27 April 2026
Have questions about staying active, connected and supported at home? Or ideas about what you'd like to see in programs for older adults in Monash?
Come tell us! Drop in to one of our friendly meet and greet sessions to learn about our Age Well social programs and PALS, our quarterly program of activities for older adults in Monash.
Learn how you can join a social group, go on outings, get dementia support and community transport options.
You can also speak with the Home Support team about Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services, including personal care, delivered meals, respite, domestic assistance, home maintenance, home modifications and occupational therapy.
Our team will be there to answer all your questions about eligibility and the support and programs we offer.
