Local businesses, community organisations and employers are invited to join this FREE online forum and Q&A exploring the benefits of inclusive employment and the practical support available to help recruit and retain people with disability. 

Hear from local organisations, industry experts and people with lived experience as they share insights, success stories and practical ways to create more inclusive workplaces. 

What to expect? 

• Workforce Australia will discuss recruitment assistance, employer support programs and potential incentives, including wage subsidies.
• Waverley Social Enterprises will showcase how supported employment models create meaningful opportunities for people with disability while delivering commercial services to businesses. 
• Monash Council's Procurement Team will share insights into tendering opportunities and inclusive business practices. 
• A special guest speaker with lived experience will share their employment journey, including the barriers they have faced and the opportunities that have helped them succeed. 

The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with presenters and explore practical pathways to inclusive employment.
