We’re redesigning the Hamilton Place car park in Mount Waverley to create a safer and more user-friendly space for the community.

We’ve heard from community and businesses frustrated about the car park layout. You’ve told us the current layout can feel congested, confusing and unsafe, particularly where vehicles and pedestrians interact.

What we’re proposing

To address the car park’s shortcomings, we’re proposing changes that will:

  • improve vehicle circulation to ease traffic congestion and driver confusion
  • improve safety by reducing pedestrian and vehicle conflict points.

Our proposed layout will deliver a safer and more efficient layout and maximise car parks.
