The Dahlia Society of Victoria was founded in 1960 to promote and encourage the cultivation of dahlias.

It has been helping members and others to grow, show and enjoy dahlias for over 60 years.

Events

The Society conducts events and activities for both members and the public, including:

  • Monthly member meetings from September to May
  • Member dahlia sales and auctions at selected monthly meetings. Visit our website to learn more
  • Mini shows at the monthly meetings in the growing season
  • The State Dahlia Show each February (next show 27 – 28 Feb 2027)
  • Workshops, Field trips and garden visits.
