Look out for your 2026–27 waste collection calendar in the Monash Bulletin, delivered to households in the second half of May.
Hear Me Out helps people understand where they can make a complaint and how to put their concerns into words. It is a free online platform that guides people through complaint pathways across areas such as housing, health, education, discrimination, employment, government services, police, consumer issues and more. Through the Monash Complaint Support Clinic, eligible community members can also get free help from trained Monash Law students, supervised by Monash staff, to understand possible complaint options and prepare a clear complaint summary or draft complaint. The clinic is not a legal advice service and does not represent people. It is designed to help people feel clearer and more confident about taking the next step.
