If you are aged 65 or over, start by registering with My Aged Care and having an assessment and requesting a referral with City of Monash.
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit myagedcare.gov.au to begin your journey.
After registering, My Aged Care will ask some questions to understand your needs and send a referral to an assessment organisation. The assessment organisation will arrange an assessment to discuss which services best suit you.
