Is your deck attached or within 900mm to a building or greater than 10m2 or at the front of your property?

If yes, a building permit may be required. Please contact your appointed Building Surveyor or Council’s building department on 9518 3555 or mail@monash.vic.gov.au

If a permit is required, apply for building permit before installation.

Is your deck attached to a swimming pool?
