Suitable for all fitness levels, our classes include both mat work and standing exercises. Join us and experience the benefits of a stronger, more flexible you!

You can bring your own mat or use one provided by the House.

This program, in partnership with Access Health and Community, aims to increase physical activity, social connections and the primary prevention of alcohol harm.
