Did you know there are over 50,000 Monash homes that have installed solar PV?
Solar panels capture the energy of sunlight and convert it to electricity. This is known as a solar photovoltaic (PV) system, or solar PV. Solar PV generates zero greenhouse gas emissions.
Solar Savers is a local government initiative led by the Eastern Alliance for Greenhouse Action (EAGA).
The initiative provides residents with an easy way to access trusted suppliers to upgrade to solar PV.
Residents can receive quotes from several Council-backed and vetted suppliers who offer various brands of solar PV.
You may also be eligible for a government initiative.

Government Guide to Solar PV Systems
Through the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme your solar panels or solar hot water system may be eligible for small-scale renewable energy certificates. These certificates can then be sold to recoup a portion of the cost of buying and installing the system.
