Notice of intention to sell 10 Cuthbert Court, Wheelers Hill
Published on 05 November 2026
We are consulting on the possible sale of Council-owned land.
Council regularly reviews its properties and may consider selling land that is no longer needed, reducing maintenance costs and reinvesting funds into community infrastructure, facilities and services.
10 Cuthbert Court is a former road reserve that is not zoned Public Park or Recreation Zone and is not designated as a reserve on title and has been left vacant. Its shape and configuration are consistent with surrounding residential lots.
We invite your feedback on what Council should consider when deciding whether to sell this land. You must provide feedback in writing, and you can request to present your submission to Council or its committee. Formal notification of the proposed sale and details on how to provide feedback are provided below.
You can also read the Council Report for more information about the property and the proposal.
