Active Monash is excited to introduce the Progressive Reformer Development Program, a six-week guided Pilates Reformer experience designed to help participants build strong foundations and progress confidently to more advanced movements.

Running from 13 April to 21 May, the program includes two sessions per week:

  • Mondays at 11.30am
  • Thursdays at 12.30pm

Sessions are held at Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre and delivered in a small group setting of up to nine participants, allowing for personalised instruction, close supervision and a supportive learning environment.

Week‑by‑Week Progression

Weekly themes focus on key elements such as core stability, upper and lower body integration, and increasingly complex exercises, ensuring steady improvement across the six weeks.

Week 1: Introduction to the Reformer and Pilates fundamentals

Week 2: Core engagement and stability

Week 3: Upper and lower body integration

Week 4: Progression to more complex exercises

Week 5: Advanced strengthening and stability work

Week 6: Consolidation of skills and progress check

Full program: $380

Due to the progressive nature of the program and limited equipment, numbers are capped and all sessions must be attended.
