2025 LGBTIQA+ Community Leadership Award

Gregory Storer and Michael Barnett

Gregory and Michael have significantly strengthened the representation, visibility and inclusion of LGBTIQA+ communities in Monash through their active community engagement and advocacy.

They have highlighted support services, cultural and community events while promoting awareness campaigns that have led to the creation of a more inclusive and accepting Monash environment.

Their efforts have created safe spaces, promoted acceptance and improved the well-being of many individuals in the LGBTIQA+ community.
