As a Multicultural Community Ambassador and an Advisory Committee Member, Amit has advocated for inclusive policies; actively participated in multicultural events, interfaith dialogue sessions and cultural awareness programmes, while promoting multicultural perspectives in council discussions and decision-making processes.
