2025 Reconciliation Champion Award

Larissa Hayes

Larissa has made a substantial and ongoing contribution to reconciliation through her leadership, advocacy and commitment to embedding First Nations perspectives within early childhood education at Monash Vale Early Learning Centre.

She has actively built strong, respectful and reciprocal relationships with Boonwurrung Elders and community members - relationships grounded in trust, ongoing engagement and a shared commitment to educating the next generation in culturally safe and inclusive ways.
