Promote your event in PALS
Would you like to promote your community group’s events in the Positive Ageing Lifestyles Program (PALS)? Or host an event as part of Monash Seniors Festival 2026?
By promoting in PALS and Monash Seniors Festival, your event will reach more than 3500 residents and organisations across Monash.
Eligible events
To be eligible, your activity or event must meet the following criteria:
- Maintain a minimum of $20 million public liability insurance cover
- Promote health and wellness, lifelong learning or social connection
- Host a new and engaging activity to attract new members and increase participation in your club or group
- Be an incorporated community group or organisation with not-for-profit or Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) status or auspiced by an eligible organisation.
Ineligible events
Activities and events are ineligible, if they:
- Are for commercial promotion
- Take place outside the City of Monash boundaries
- Take place in a venue that has electronic gaming machines
- Are held for political purposes or seek to influence a person’s political beliefs
- Are held for specific religious purposes or seek to influence a person’s religious beliefs (community celebrations of annual religious festivals are excluded).
