What we will be doing
- Renew the shared path between the Warrigal Road pedestrian overpass and Rae Street.
- Widen the shared path between Rae Street and the footbridge opposite No. 6 Cole Crescent.
- Improve line markings, signage and relocate the existing lighting.
- Realign the shared user path with minimal tree loss.
Possible impacts
- Access to residential properties will be maintained throughout the works.
- Pedestrians and cyclists will need to use an alternative path during construction between Cole Crescent / Rae Street and Warrigal Road via the overpass bridge.
- As a result of construction works, 7 small trees will need to be removed. Opportunities to plant new trees in the surrounding area will be investigated.
