Active Reserves Signage and Sponsorship Policy

The Active Reserves Signage and Sponsorship Policy was adopted at the 23 June 2025 Council meeting.

The policy ensures there is a consistent approach to signage in Council's sport and recreation reserves and that all signage is safely erected, maintained and does not detract from the visual amenity of the reserve.

With a framework of approval and installation guidelines for tenant clubs, the policy supports the sanctioned fundraising efforts of clubs while balancing the commercial interests of companies and local businesses with Council’s and the community’s aesthetic, ethical, and environmental standards.

Community consultation was undertaken from 3 February to 14 March 2025.
