Austral

Enjoy this high-energy, four-piece Australian Celtic group combining didgeridoo, Irish pipes, high energy fiddling, journeying songs and energetic foot percussion.

Austral are winners of Australian Folk Music Awards (AFMA) Group of the Year (2024) and Traditional Folk Album of the Year (2022) and are set to transport you into full festival party mode.


 

Apolline

Australian Folk Music Awards (AFMA) Youth Artists of the Year (2024), Apolline is a lively trio of young folkies combining fiddle, cello, double bass and an extensive collection of colourful socks.

The group views folk music through fresh eyes with foot-stomping sets and original songs to bring a unique experience of genre-bending folk.

 

 

 

Cyril Moran

Cyril Moran is an Irish born singer and guitarist based in Melbourne, known for his rich vocals, strong harmonies and a repertoire that blends traditional Irish favourites with contemporary and original songs.

A familiar face in Melbourne’s Irish music scene, Cyril brings warmth, energy and authenticity.

 

 

 

Mulcahy Delaney School of Irish Dancing

The Mulcahy Delaney School of Irish Dancing, based in Oakleigh, delivers high quality Irish dance training from beginner to championship level.

For this event, dancers from the school will present two lively Irish dance performances showcasing skill, rhythm and tradition.

 

Victorian Irish Dance Academy

The Victorian Irish Dance Academy (VIDA) is a family-focused Irish dance school offering affordable classes for dancers of all ages and abilities.

Led by award winning teacher Kate Bilton TCRG, VIDA dancers will present a joyful Irish dance performance celebrating tradition, fitness and community.

 

All Skills, All Ages Ceili Dance

You’ve watched the pros, now it’s your turn!

Audiences will be invited to learn traditional Celtic dances in this fun, inclusive ceili for all ages and abilities.

Led by Kirsty Greenwood and the headline band Austral, bringing over 30 years of folk music and dance experience to the floor.
