The application is for the removal of the Restrictive Covenant contained in Transfer No.B091295 applicable to Lot 252 on LP53007 (Vol 11121 Fol 831) which currently states “ .. will not erect or cause to be erected on the said land any building or buildings having its walls of other than brick or brick veneer or any fence abutting on the front boundary or any fence from the boundary to the building line of the dwelling other than a brick fence of not more than two feet above ground level”. Please note the proposed covenant removal is for retrospective approval for the construction of a 1.5 metre high front fence on the land.
