2025 Inspirational Women's Leadership Award

Ee Hui Lim

Dr Ee Hui Lim has demonstrated commitment to gender equity through her leadership in STEM education and outreach since 2015.

She has led multiple initiatives targeting girls and young women in engineering and technology, encouraging participation and introducing them to electronics and programming.

She launched the Megavolt Mums program, a kinder-based outreach initiative in Monash designed to engage 4 to 10-year-olds and their parents in STEM concepts.

She has also been nationally and internationally recognised for her leadership in STEM education and gender equity.
