There are several payment methods for parking fines: online, over the phone or in person (you may apply for a payment plan or arrangement).
Pay online
You can pay your parking infringement notice online via the Infringement Portal.

The infringements may not appear until after 24 hours from being issued.
Monash Council engages Orikan to manage administrative aspects of parking infringement notices and related matters on our behalf. In providing this service, Orikan may receive personal information necessary to process infringements. Orikan will handle your information in line with the same privacy principles and protection that guide Monash Council. For more information, read Orikan’s Privacy Policy.
Photo evidence of parking fine
If you think we have not issued fine to the right person, you can appeal the fine (it includes Driver Nomination Form).
Request a copy of photographs taken at the time of the offence
You can view photos taken at the time by an officer by using our infringement self-service portal. You will need your infringement number, date of offence and vehicle registration number:
