Beginner workout

3 rounds

  • 2 mins aerobic cycle
  • 10x chest press
  • 10x leg press
  • 5x sit ups (place feet under bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate workout

  • 3 mins aerobic cycle
  • 12x chest press
  • 12x leg press
  • 8x sit ups (place feet under bars)

Advanced workout

  • 4 mins aerobic cycle
  • 12x chest press
  • 12x leg press
  • 8x sit ups (place feet under bars)
