Connected Hearts, Musical Moments: Promoting Wellbeing for Seniors

Join CASS Care for Connected Hearts, Musical Moments: Promoting Wellbeing for Seniors, a free community music session for Mandarin-speaking residents aged 55 and over living in the City of Monash.

Led by a registered music therapist, participants will sing familiar Chinese classic songs together and take part in fun music activities.

The session offers an opportunity to revisit cherished memories, enjoy music together and connect with other older adults in the local community.

Free refreshments and a small musical instrument to take home will also be provided.

Language: Mandarin
Eligibility: Chinese residents aged 55 and over living in the City of Monash.
