Staying Active at Home – Practical Exercises & Everyday Tips
Join us for an informative and practical session designed to help you stay active and maintain mobility at home.
This session will include a selection of simple, gentle exercises that can support everyday movement and wellbeing. Rather than a full workout, the focus will be on learning easy movements that can be safely incorporated into daily routines. There will be time after the talk to ask questions.
Participants will: • Learn a few simple exercises to support strength, balance and mobility • Practise a short guided set of movements together • Explore practical ways to incorporate these exercises into everyday situations at home
The session is designed to be accessible, relaxed and easy to follow, making it suitable for beginners and those looking for practical ways to stay active.
