Looking to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and boost your overall well-being? Our Pilates classes offer a dynamic blend of movements that will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced.

What to expect:

Core Strength: Build a solid foundation with targeted exercises Flexibility & Balance. Enhance your body’s range of motion and stability Low-Impact: Gentle on the joints while delivering powerful results

Suitable for all fitness levels, our classes include both mat work and standing exercises. Join us and experience the benefits of a stronger, more flexible you!

You can bring your own mat or use one provided by the House.
