Through small group activities and practical examples, you'll learn how to confidently read and understand food labels and apply these skills to everyday food choices.

What to expect

Participants will learn how to read key sections such as the nutrition information panel, ingredient lists and common claims found on packaging, helping them make more informed food choices.

The session will also include practical examples and small group discussion to demonstrate how label reading can be applied in real-life shopping situations.

Time will be provided at the end for participants to ask questions and discuss any specific food label queries they may have.
