Careers that move. Your next chapter starts here.

Looking for a fresh start or a change of direction? Ventura’s Women at the Wheel Employment Open Day is your chance to explore a career in bus driving in a friendly, supportive setting.

Sit behind the wheel, meet our team and hear from women who have made the move. Discover how our fully funded MR licensing and training program can support you every step of the way.

With 12 depots throughout Melbourne and employment opportunities across the city, your next career could be closer to home than you think – helping your community get to work, school and the places that matter.

More than 350 women have attended our events, and their popularity has led us to add another open day this year. We’re proud to help more women build confidence, develop new skills and discover a rewarding career in transport.
