• protect yourself from fraud, and
• understand your rights when goods or services are faulty, not as described, or do not meet acceptable quality standards.

The session will also explain:

• when you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, and
• where to seek help if you experience a consumer problem.

This session is designed to help participants make informed decisions and confidently exercise their consumer rights.
